材料:
面线
肉粹/虾仁
长葱
调味料:
盐(少许)
自制味精
做法:
爆香蒜头
(把虾仁炒至7分熟)后下白开水及自制味精
水沸腾后(下肉碎滚5-10分钟),然后下面线、盐,上桌
